Time zone problem

Hello,
I have a minor but irritating time zone problem. I live in the Eastern time zone (GMT - 5), but my server is in the Pacific time zone .When I finish to prepare a campaign and I am ready to launch it, say, at 7:10 local time, I see that phpList tells me that the server time is 4:10 (which is right, because it's Pacific); yet, it defines that my campaign will be embargoed until 7:10 Pacific time.In other words, it delays the send operation for 3 hours because the server is 3 hours "earlier" than I am. It is a minor problem because I can manually change the embargo time so it starts right now, yet I would like to find a solution.Q. Is there a parameter to change that would allow the campaign to start automatically?
Please help.
